MINUTES CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT BOARD Regular Meeting, Tuesday, July 19, 2016 1800 Brazosport Blvd. N. Richwood, TX 77531 6:30 P.M. I. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Brian Allen, President and presiding officer. II. ROLL CALL OF BOARD MEMBERS Roll call showed the following members present: Brian Allen, President Jessica Lorenz Randy Day Randy Accord Absent: Katherine Venegas Tashia Bayes A quorum was declared. Others present included Karen B. Schrom, City Secretary and Bryan Corb, Police Chief. III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MINUTES On motion by Mr. Day, seconded by Mr. Accord, with all members present voting aye, the minutes of May 18, 2016 were approved as presented. IV. ANYONE WISHING TO ADDRESS THE BOARD Chief Corb explained to the Board his plan for the future is to combine the position of Code Enforcement with a Warrant officer and Patrol. V. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS A. FY 17 CCPD Budget proposal  On motion by Mr. Day, seconded by Mr. Accord, with all members present voting aye, the FY CCPD budget proposal was approved as presented. B. Account Review Revenues are exceeding expenditures. C. Set next meeting date and time. The next meeting is scheduled for October 18, 2016 at 6:30 pm. VI. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS Administrative Assistant Position VII.
