Minutes of Planning Commission The Planning and Zoning Commission Special Meeting of Monday, October 14, 2019 BE IT KNOWN THAT, a Planning and Zoning Commission Special Meeting of the Planning Commission of City of Richwood was held Monday, October 14, 2019, beginning at 6:00 PM in the Richwood City Hall, 1800 N. Brazosport Blvd. Richwood, Texas. I. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 6:01 p.m. II. INVOCATION III. PLEDGES OF ALLEGIANCE Pledge of Allegiance & Texas Pledge IV. ROLL CALL OF COUNCIL MEMBERS Mayor, Absent Melissa Strawn Mike Johnson Mark Brown II Matthew Yarborough Katie Johnson V. PUBLIC COMMENTS All public comments will be subject to the following rules: all speakers will be permitted to speak no longer than 3 minutes; all speakers will only be permitted to speak once; speakers cannot defer their 3 minutes to another speaker; the first five individuals who sign up for the public comment section will be permitted to speak VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Minutes moved to next meeting. VII. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS A. Preliminary review and action of re-plat of Lots 41& 42; Block 1 of Oakwood Shores Subdivision Section 1, also known as 31834 & 31842 Bayou Bend. On a motion by Matthew Yarborough, second by Mike Johnson and with all present members voting “aye”, the re-plat of Lots 41& 42; Block 1 of Oakwood Shores Subdivision Section 1, also known as 31834 & 31842 Bayou Bend is approved. VIII.
