Minutes of Planning Commission The Planning and Zoning Commission Special Meeting of Monday, January 13, 2020 BE IT KNOWN THAT, a Planning and Zoning Commission Special Meeting of the Planning Commission of City of Richwood was held Monday, January 13, 2020, beginning at 6:00 PM in the Richwood City Hall, 1800 N. Brazosport Blvd. Richwood, Texas. I. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 6:01 p.m. II. INVOCATION The invocation was led by Lindsay Koskiniemi. III. PLEDGES OF ALLEGIANCE Pledge of Allegiance & Texas Pledge The pledges were led by Mayor Boykin IV. ROLL CALL OF COUNCIL MEMBERS Steve Boykin, Mayor Mike Johnson, Position 1 Melissa Strawn, Position 2 Matthew Yarborough, Position 3 Mark Brown II, Position 4 Katie Johnson, Position 5 Other present: Lindsay Koskiniemi, Interim City Manager; Kirsten Garcia, City Secretary; V. PUBLIC COMMENTS All public comments will be subject to the following rules: all speakers will be permitted to speak no longer than 3 minutes; all speakers will only be permitted to speak once; speakers cannot defer their 3 minutes to another speaker; the first five individuals who sign up for the public comment section will be permitted to speak There were no public comments. VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. Minutes from meeting held October 14, 2019.  On a motion by Mark Brown II, second by Mike Johnson, with all present members voting aye, the consent agenda was approved. VII. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS A. Preliminary review and action of re-plat of Lots 18& 19; Block 1 of Oakwood Shores Subdivision Section 1, also known as 31402 & 31410 Bayou Bend. On a motion by Mark Brown II, second by Matt Yarborough, with all present members voting aye, the preliminary re-plat of Lots 18& 19; Block 1 of Oakwood Shores Subdivision Section 1, also known as 31402 & 31410 Bayou Bend was approved. VIII.
