Councilmember Scott moved to "pay the bills as listed and the additional bills Ms. Wilker 25 mentioned in her email(ifthere were any)." Councilmember Clausen seconded the motion, which 26 passed with Clausen, Scott, Thatcher, Wilson and Wright in favor. No one opposed. 27 28 Motion #2 29 Councilmember Thatcher moved to "go into an executive session to discuss pending litigation." 30 Councilmember Wilson seconded the motion, which carried with Clausen, Scott, Thatcher, Wilson and 31 Wright in favor. Crosbie Council Chambers in 37 the River Heights City Building on Thursday, December 27,2018 for a special meeting. 38 Opening Remarks and Pledge of Allegiance: Councilmember Wilson opened the meeting with 39 a prayer and Councilmember Wright led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance. 40 Approve Bills: The list of bills was reviewed. 41 Councilmember Scott moved to "pay the bills as listed and the additional bills Ms. Wilker 42 mentioned in her email (if there were any)." Councilmember Clausen seconded the motion, 43 which passed with Clausen, Scott, Thatcher, Wilson and Wright in favor. No one opposed. 44 Executive Session to Discuss Pending or Reasonable Imminent Litigation: Councilmember Thatcher moved to "go into an executive session to discuss pending litigation."
