The Riverdale Board of Equalization was called to order at 6:00 PM by President Orth.
Present: Jerry Orth, Garth Zimbelman, Dick Cheatley, Jonna Taylor and Auditor Del Kolke
Taylor moved to approve the property valuations set forth in the 2022 Assessment Value
Report with the following exception: Lots in Block 1 and Block 3 John Adams Addition be
valued at $13,500 rather than $12,700. Zimbelman seconded. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 6:10 PM.
