The Riverdale Board of Equalization was called to order at 5:30 PM by Mayor Taylor.
Present: Alex Taylor, Garth Zimbelman, Dave Fryda, Mike Dirk, Dick Cheatley and Auditor Del
Kolke
Cheatley moved to approve the property valuations set forth in the 2023 Assessment Value
Report. Zimbelman seconded. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 5:50 PM.
