BOARD OF EQUALIZATION April 8, 2024 The Riverdale Board of Equalization was called to order at 5:35 PM by Mayor Taylor. Present: Alex Taylor, Garth Zimbelman, Mike Dirk, Dick Cheatley and Auditor Del Kolke Absent: Dave Fryda Dirk moved to approve the property valuations set forth in the 2024 Assessment Value Report.
