City Council Special Meeting

Special City Council Meeting June 23, 2020 A special Riverdale City Council meeting of June 23, 2020 was called to order at 6:00 PM by Mayor Skuza. Present: Ken Skuza, Jerry Orth, Garth Zimbelman, Dick Cheatley, Jonna Taylor and Auditor Del Kolke Incumbent council members were reelected and Oaths of Office were completed. Cheatley moved to have Jerry Orth continue as President and Dick Cheatley as Vice President. Taylor seconded. Motion carried. Portfolio assignments remain unchanged: Skuza – Personnel Orth – Water, Sewer, Garbage, Streets Zimbelman – Electric Cheatley – Water Treatment Facility Taylor – Campground Cheatley moved to appoint city officers. Orth seconded. Motion carried. Del Kolke – City Auditor Paul Forster, Crowley Fleck – City Attorney AJ Tuck, Ulteig – City Engineer Orth moved to accept substation relay setting update proposal from Ulteig Engineers for $2,100.
