MISSION STATEMENT
The City of Riverside Public Utilities Department is committed to the highest quality
water and electric services at the lowest possible rates to benefit the community
The City of Riverside wishes to make all of its public meetings accessible to the public.

3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT TRACT 35932-1 – WORK
ORDER NO. 1208833
That the Board of Public Utilities approve the capital expenditure of $53,157.00
and Work Order No. 1208833 which includes City-provided construction and
inspection services associated with the single family residential development Tract
35932-1.

4 CONTRACT TERM EXTENSION TO THE PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL
CONSULTING SERVICES MASTER AGREEMENTS WITH ALBERT A. WEBB
ASSOCIATES; DUDEK; HELIX ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING, INC.; ICF JONES

That the Board of Public Utilities approve a no-cost, two-year time extension to five
Professional Environmental Consultant Services Master Agreements with Albert A.
Webb Associates; Dudek; Helix Environmental Planning, Inc.; ICF Jones & Stokes,
Inc.; and Recon Environmental, Inc. through June 30, 2016.

DISCUSSION CALENDAR
5 CONSTRUCTION OF THE WATER AND ELECTRIC SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS
FOR THE COLLETT AVENUE EXTENSION PROJECT – WORK ORDER NOS.
0913727 (WATER), 0917745 (ELECTRIC) AND 1015016 (STREET LIGHTS)
That the Board of Public Utilities approves the capital expenditures of $579,000 for
Work Order No. 0913727 (Water), $212,626 for Work Order No. 0917745
(Electric) and $153,014 for Work Order No. 1015016 (Street Lights), which
includes all design, construction, change order contingencies, system connections,
construction management, inspection and geotechnical testing for the Water and
Electric System Improvements as part of the Collett Avenue Extension Project.
