Water Items 3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT TRACT 35932-1 – WORK ORDER NO. 1208833 That the Board of Public Utilities approve the capital expenditure of $53,157.00 and Work Order No. 1208833 which includes City-provided construction and inspection services associated with the single family residential development Tract 35932-1. That the Board of Public Utilities approve a no-cost, two-year time extension to five Professional Environmental Consultant Services Master Agreements with Albert A. Webb Associates; Dudek; Helix Environmental Planning, Inc.; ICF Jones & Stokes, Inc.; and Recon Environmental, Inc. through June 30, 2016.
