Electric Items 3 EXTEND FIBER OPTIC CABLE NETWORK TO THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, RIVERSIDE FACILITY LOCATED AT 3499 TENTH STREET – WORK ORDER NO. 1413963 That the Board of Public Utilities approve the estimated capital expenditure of $74,311 for Work Order No. 1413963 to build a fiber optic cable network for a primary communication path to the UCR facility located at 3499 Tenth Street. Attachments: Report map Water Items 4 CONSTRUCTION OF THE RAUB CHLORINATION STATION TANK REPLACEMENT PROJECT – AWARD OF BID NO. RPU-7226 - WORK ORDER NO. 1323230 That the Board of Public Utilities: 1. Approve the capital expenditure of $98,000 for Work Order No. 1323230, which includes all design, construction, change order contingencies, construction management and inspection costs for the Raub Chlorination Station Tank Replacement Project – Bid No. RPU-7226; and 2. Award a contract for the construction of the Raub Chlorination Station Tank Replacement Project – Bid No. RPU-7226 to the lowest responsive bidder, New Millenium Construction Services., of Chino Hills, California, in the amount of $47,889.
