If any Board member, staff member, or interested person requests that an item be removed from the Consent Calendar, it will be considered by the Board in separate action. Water Items 3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT TRACT 32772 – WORK ORDER NO. 1203744 That the Board of Public Utilities approve the estimated capital expenditure of $52,676 for Work Order No. 1203744 which includes City-provided construction and inspection services associated with the single family residential development Tract 32772. Attachments: Report Map 4 CHANGE ORDER TO THE SAN BERNARDINO TRANSMISSION PIPELINE APPURTENANCE REPLACEMENT PROJECT, BID NO. RPU-7211 That the Board of Public Utilities approve a change order to the construction agreement with Trautwein Construction, Inc. in the amount of $100,000 due to unforeseen contingencies encountered during construction of the San Bernardino Transmission Pipeline Appurtenance Replacement project. RPU-7244 That the Board of Public Utilities: 1. Award a contract for the construction of the Arlington Avenue/Tyler Street and Crest Avenue/Beejay Street Water Main Replacement Project – Bid No. RPU-7244 to the lowest responsive bidder, Mamco, Inc. dba Alabbasi, of Riverside, California, in the amount of $1,584,674; 2. Approve the capital expenditure of $2,282,400 for Work Order No. 1323232, which includes all design, construction, contract administration, inspection and construction contingency costs for the Arlington/Tyler and Crest/Beejay Water Main Replacement Project – Bid No. RPU-7244; and 3. Authorize the issuance of change orders to the purchase order of up to 15% of the original amount for Bid No. RPU-7244.
