MISSION STATEMENT
The City of Riverside Public Utilities Department is committed to the highest quality

The City of Riverside wishes to make all of its public meetings accessible to the public.

1 EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION AWARD TO THE PROJECT TEAM FOR THE
WATER ASSET MANAGEMENT PROJECT
That the Board of Public Utilities recognize Toni Redman, Senior Engineering
Aide, Paul Shouse, Senior Business Systems Support Analyst, and Marc Smith,
Utilities Analyst for their excellent work on the Water Asset Management Project.

CONSENT CALENDAR
All matters listed under the CONSENT CALENDAR are considered routine by the Board
of Public Utilities and may be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There will
be no separate discussion of these items unless, before the Board of Public Utilities votes
on the motion to adopt, Members of the Board of Public Utilities or the Public Utilities
General Manager, or his designee, request specific items be removed from the Consent
Calendar for separate action. Removed consent items will be discussed immediately after
adoption of the balance of the Consent Calendar.

4 RATIFICATION OF CHANGE ORDER TO PURCHASE ORDER 171202 WITH CG
POWER SYSTEMS OF WASHINGTON, MISSOURI, FOR ADDITIONAL
TRANSFORMERS - CHANGE ORDER AMOUNT $75,406
That the Board of Public Utilities ratify the change order to add $75,406 to
purchase order 171202 with CG Power Systems of Washington, Missouri, to
purchase two 2,500 kVA transformers in accordance with Article XII, Section
1202(b)(2) of the City Charter.

NETWORK-WORK ORDER NO. 1719910 IN THE AMOUNT OF $179,000
That the Board of Public Utilities approve Work Order No. 1719910 in the amount
of $179,000.

THE INTERMOUNTAIN POWER PROJECT (IPP) REPOWER PROJECT
That the Board of Public Utilities:
1. Receive an update on the procurement of energy and transmission from the
Intermountain Power Project (IPP) Repower Project; and
2. Recommend that the City Council receive this update.

WITH OPEN SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL INC. OF MEDINA, MINNEAPOLIS,
FOR THE 2013 SCADA SYSTEM UPGRADE PROJECT TO ADD ADDITIONAL
SOFTWARE SUPPORT AND PATCH MANAGEMENT FOR THE ELECTRIC
SUPERVISORY CONTROL AND DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $698,073 FOR A TOTAL CONTRACT COST OF $1,646,630 -
WORK ORDER NO. 1720060 IN THE AMOUNT OF $700,000
That the Board of Public Utilities:
1. Approve the Third Amendment to the Professional Vendor Services
Agreement with Open Systems International, Inc. 2013 SCADA System Upgrade
Project to add software support and patch management for the Electric
Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system , in the amount of
$698,073; and
2. Approve Work Order No. 1720060 in the amount of $700,000.
