Attachments: draft 02-13-2017 minutes City of Riverside Page 2 Board of Public Utilities Agenda February 27, 2017 Electric Items 4 RATIFICATION OF CHANGE ORDER TO PURCHASE ORDER 171202 WITH CG POWER SYSTEMS OF WASHINGTON, MISSOURI, FOR ADDITIONAL TRANSFORMERS - CHANGE ORDER AMOUNT $75,406 That the Board of Public Utilities ratify the change order to add $75,406 to purchase order 171202 with CG Power Systems of Washington, Missouri, to purchase two 2,500 kVA transformers in accordance with Article XII, Section 1202(b)(2) of the City Charter. Attachments: Report 5 RIVERSIDE COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT FIBER OPTIC CABLE NETWORK-WORK ORDER NO. 1719910 IN THE AMOUNT OF $179,000 That the Board of Public Utilities approve Work Order No. 1719910 in the amount of $179,000. Attachments: Report Other Items 6 UPDATE ON THE PROCUREMENT OF ENERGY AND TRANSMISSION FROM THE INTERMOUNTAIN POWER PROJECT (IPP) REPOWER PROJECT That the Board of Public Utilities: 1. Receive an update on the procurement of energy and transmission from the Intermountain Power Project (IPP) Repower Project; and 2. Recommend that the City Council receive this update. OF MEDINA, MINNEAPOLIS, FOR THE 2013 SCADA SYSTEM UPGRADE PROJECT TO ADD ADDITIONAL SOFTWARE SUPPORT AND PATCH MANAGEMENT FOR THE ELECTRIC SUPERVISORY CONTROL AND DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM, IN THE AMOUNT OF $698,073 FOR A TOTAL CONTRACT COST OF $1,646,630 - WORK ORDER NO. 1720060 IN THE AMOUNT OF $700,000 That the Board of Public Utilities: 1. Approve the Third Amendment to the Professional Vendor Services Agreement with Open Systems International, Inc. 2013 SCADA System Upgrade Project to add software support and patch management for the Electric Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system , in the amount of $698,073; and 2. Approve Work Order No. 1720060 in the amount of $700,000.
