Pursuant to the City Council Meeting Rules adopted by Resolution No. 22796, the
Members of the City Council/Housing Authority and the public are reminded that they must
preserve order and decorum throughout the Meeting. In that regard, Members of the City
Council and the public are advised that any delay or disruption in the proceedings or a
refusal to obey the orders of the City Council/Housing Authority or the presiding officer
constitutes a violation of these rules.

complete and submit a speaker card to the City Clerk. Speaker cards can be found at the
east entrance to the Art Pick Council Chamber and City Hall lobby. Speaker cards will be

9.5.2 Maximum Height to allow maximum building height of 80 feet for portion of
Prospect Place Office District - Waive further reading - Determine proposed
project is exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant
CEQA Guidelines §15061(b)(3) as proposed development standard is height limit
that currently exists in the Prospect Place Office District, and is only being
expanded to be consistent over entire District, and no specific physical
