Public Comment will take place after the introduction of each agenda item. The speaker may choose to address the Commission either before OR after discussion by Commissioners, but may only speak one time on any agenda item. The speaker must check the appropriate box on the “Request to Speak” form, specifying if they wish to speak before or after discussion of an agenda item. The same rules apply to presentations by guest speakers and / or a training course for Commissioners. Any questions posed by members of the public during public comment may be asked of the presenter only by the Commission Chair during Commission discussion.
