Wood House, City Landmark #89), located at 2490 Prince Albert Drive, in the RC-CR – Residential Conservation and Cultural Resources Overlay Zones, in Ward 2. It is recommended that the Cultural Heritage Board determine the proposal is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Section 15331, because the project is consistent with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. It is recommended that the Cultural Heritage Board determine the proposal is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Section 15301, because the project constitutes a minor alteration to historic resource.
