The eComment feature closes prior to the meeting at 4:00 p.m. PRESENTATIONS 2 Dr. Jacqueline Perez, Assistant Superintendent of Equity, Access, and Community Engagement for Riverside Unified School District to present an update on how RUSD is furthering diversity and equity for its 42, 000 students. 3 Georgina Ramirez, Director of Equity & Access for Alvord Unified School District to present an update on how AUSD is furthering diversity and equity for its 18,500 students. DISCUSSION CALENDAR 6 Commission standing discussion on ways to mark monthly commemorative dates by formal letter, statement, activity, and/or event. Each month the Commission will determine which method is best suited for commemorating the various dates of significance. Attachments: Dates of Commemoration 7 Continued from September 23rd - Discussion on potential for the Commission to lead an "All-American City" effort, or similar initiative as identified by the Commission, on behalf of the City of Riverside. During this discussion, at minimum, Commission should establish key priorities for allocating funds.
