It has been determined that this proposal is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3). The project will also include common recreational amenities consisting of a two-story clubhouse, swimming pool, landscaped courtyards and a rooftop terrace. The project is located within the DSP-RC – Downtown Specific Plan – Raincross District. No formal action will be taken at this meeting.
