Individual audience participation is limited to 3 minutes. 2 PLANNING CASE P15-1044: Proposal by the City of Riverside to consider an amendment to the Zoning Code (Title 19 of the Municipal Code) to 1) add, as Chapter 19.342, Marijuana Cultivation, establishing location, operation and development standards as well as applicability and limitations for the cultivation of marijuana pursuant to California State Assembly Bill 243, adopted October 2015, 2) amend the Permitted Uses Table [19.150.020 – (A)] and the Incidental Uses Table [19.150.020 (B)] to include Marijuana Cultivation as a regulated use, and 3) amend Article X (Definitions) to include definitions for related terminology.
