Consequently, any item not listed on this agenda will normally have to be delayed until the item can be made part of a posted agenda. Additionally, significant changes to a project made subsequent to posting of the agenda and not addressed in the City Planning Commission staff report will result in continuance of that item in order to allow for adequate review by the Commission. Individual audience participation is limited to 3 minutes. 2 PLANNING CASES P15-0488 (MCUP), P15-0489 (DR) AND P15-0490 (RZ): Proposal by Katie Sanchez of In-N-Out Burger, Inc. to consider a Minor Conditional Use Permit for the expansion of an existing drive-thru restaurant (In-N-Out) and a Design Review of the plot plan and elevations to expand the existing 1,125 square foot restaurant by 160 square feet, expand the existing duel drive-thru lanes, expand the outdoor eating area and add five (5) additional surface parking spaces, on two parcels totaling 0.64 acres, located at 7467 and 7455 Indiana Avenue, generally situated on the northeasterly corner of the intersection of Madison Street and Indiana Avenue in the CG – Commercial General Zone and R-1-7000 – Single Family Residential Zone. This proposal also includes a Rezone of the easterly parcel from R-1-7000 – Single Family Residential to CG – Commercial General, in Ward 4.
