Welcome and Introduction of Visitors
Chair Dunay welcomed the public to the meeting and requested that all visitors sign in.

12 Sherwood Road SW College Heights local historic district
Chair Dunay opened the public hearing.
Associate Planner Brittany Griffin presented the facts and the application to the Commission and the public.
Carport addition request
In Favor:
Tamara Worley, Bill Jones architect
Jones – Window remaining 6 over 6 to be repaired. Three front windows with 6/6 double hung. Replace front steel windows with 6/6 double
hung. Stairwell – 9-light casement.
Against: zero
Chair Dunay closed the public hearing and opened it up for Commission comments.
Vice chair Mandy Maloney and Associate Planner Brittany Griffin questioned the location of the extension regarding the property line. Bill jones
stated that the property was surveyed, and the furthest corner of the extension will be within the property line; however, a variance from the
Board of Adjustment will be required.
