Associate Planner Brittany Griffin presented the facts and the application to the Commission and the public. Carport addition request In Favor: Tamara Worley, Bill Jones architect Jones – Window remaining 6 over 6 to be repaired. Three front windows with 6/6 double hung. Replace front steel windows with 6/6 double hung. Stairwell – 9-light casement. Against: zero Chair Dunay closed the public hearing and opened it up for Commission comments. Vice chair Mandy Maloney and Associate Planner Brittany Griffin questioned the location of the extension regarding the property line. Chair Dunay closed the public hearing and opened it up for Commission comments.
