Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2013-9-11, an Ordinance amending Section 22-17 of the Village Code of the Village of Rosemont, Illinois to establish amended water rates effective January 1, 2014. 3. Motion to accept the proposal from BBF Erectors, Inc. in the amount of $66,850.00 to furnish and install guardrail fencing along the Northbound Lane of River Road under I- 190. 4. Motion to accept the proposal from Heneghan Wrecking Co. in the amount of $125,247.00 for the demolition of the buildings located at 9773, 9779, 9829, 9879 Berwyn Avenue in the Village of Rosemont. 5. Motion to approve the Agreement from Virgen, Inc. for the development of a brand position and creative strategy for the Village of Rosemont. STREET COMMITTEE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2013-9-11, a Resolution determining that the minutes of closed meetings of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Rosemont should be kept confidential. 2. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2013-9-11A, an Ordinance amending Section 10-54(a) of Article 8 of the Village Code (Gross Receipts Tax) to revise the definition of “Places for Eating.” 3. Motion to table the following ordinances to the October 16, 2013 Village Board meeting: A. Ordinance No. 2013-3-13F, an Ordinance of the Village of Rosemont, Cook County, Illinois, approving the Redevelopment Plan and Project for the Higgins/ Mannheim Road TIF No. 7 Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area. B. Ordinance No. 2013-3-13G, an Ordinance of the Village of Rosemont, Cook County, Illinois, adopting Tax Increment Allocation Financing for the Higgins/ Mannheim Road TIF No. 7 Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area. C. Ordinance No. 2013-3-13H, an Ordinance of the Village of Rosemont, Cook County, Illinois, Designating the Higgins/Mannheim Road TIF No. 7 Redevelopment Project Area. 4.
