Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2013-10-16, an ordinance authorizing, ratifying and confirming a contract with Orange Crush LLC in the amount of $79,037.50 for the Muvico valet drive construction project. 3. Motion to approve Purchase Order Nos. N-169363, N-169364 and N-169365 in the total amount of $155,493.01 for the purchase of carpet from Emerald Carpets, Inc. for the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. 4. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2013-10-16A, an ordinance authorizing, ratifying and confirming an amendment to the Licensed User Agreement between the Village of Rosemont and Ticketmaster, LLC. 5. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2013-10-16B, an ordinance authorizing the Village of Rosemont to renew a $3,000,000 line of credit at the Parkway Bank & Trust Company (#11584-36953C) on which the interest is intended to be tax-exempt. 6. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2013-10-16C, an ordinance authorizing, ratifying and confirming a contract with Cascadia Sport Systems Inc. in the amount of $200,710.00 for dasher board upgrades for the hockey rink at the MB Financial Park Entertainment District. 7. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2013-10-16, a Resolution authorizing, ratifying and confirming a 3-year License Agreement with Scarborough Research for a total amount of $26,200.00. 8. Motion to approve the Amendment to the Administrative Services Agreement dated October 1, 2013 with Allied Benefit Systems, Inc. which provides for the administration of the Village’s Medical and Hospitalization Benefits Program. 9. Motion to approve and ratify the acceptance of the Aggregate Stop Loss coverage and Excess Risk coverage for the Village’s Medical and Hospitalization Benefits Program for the period from October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014. 10. Motion to approve and ratify the medical and dental COBRA rates for the Village’s Medical and Hospitalization Benefits Program for the period from October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014, as determined by the Village’s plan administrator (Allied Benefit Systems, Inc.). 11. Motion to authorize the Chief of the Department of Public Safety to contract for the purchase of three (3) new 2014 Ford Utility Police Interceptor AWD vehicles from Currie Motors with all required police equipment for a total amount not to exceed $114,000.00. 12. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2013-10-16D, an ordinance amending and comprehensively restating the Village fee schedule for services, licenses and permits within the Village of Rosemont -2- 13. Motion to accept a proposal from BBF Erectors, Inc. in the amount of $42,865.00 to furnish and install an aluminum fence at the Rosemont Fire Station Number 1. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE STREET COMMITTEE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2013-10-16E, an Ordinance authorizing the execution of Lease Agreement between the Village of Rosemont for a portion of the Higgins Road/River Road Redevelopment Plan and Project Area. (TIF 6 – Taco Bell) 2. Motion to table the following ordinances to the November 13, 2013 Village Board meeting: A. Ordinance No. 2013-3-13F, an Ordinance of the Village of Rosemont, Cook County, Illinois, approving the Redevelopment Plan and Project for the Higgins/ Mannheim Road TIF No. 7 Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area. B. Ordinance No. 2013-3-13G, an Ordinance of the Village of Rosemont, Cook County, Illinois, adopting Tax Increment Allocation Financing for the Higgins/ Mannheim Road TIF No. 7 Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area. C. Ordinance No. 2013-3-13H, an Ordinance of the Village of Rosemont, Cook County, Illinois, Designating the Higgins/Mannheim Road TIF No. 7 Redevelopment Project Area. HEALTH AND LICENSE COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2013-10-16F, an ordinance amending Sections 4-6, 4-7 and 4-8 of Chapter 4 of the Village of Rosemont code of ordinances titled “Alcoholic Beverages” in order to add a new B(2) license classification. BUILDING AND ZONING COMMITTEE OLD BUSINESS -3- NEW BUSINESS APPOINTMENT 1. Motion to approve the following person to the Rosemont Public Safety Department as a Security Specialist: Peter Canzoneri – Rosemont Public Safety (Retired) PRESENTATION 1.
