Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-4-9B, Annual Appropriation Ordinance for the Village of Rosemont, Illinois, for fiscal year 2014. 5. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-4-9C, An Ordinance approving an amendment to a Technology Purchase Agreement and a Technology Alliance Agreement with Panasonic Eco Solutions North America. 6. Motion to authorize, ratify and confirm the purchase of advertising for fifty (50) taxis and four (4) shuttle wraps from Cascio Communications in the amount of $62,400.00. 7. Motion to authorize, ratify and confirm an agreement with WXRT for the Rockin’ in the Park summer concert series for a total net cost of $71,650.00. -2- 8. Motion to approve a Contract with Rahman Statik Barnes (“Artist”) to work with Village-paid student assistants and volunteers to paint a 300 foot by 15 foot mural on the Village Barry Street Recreation Center for a total fee of $20,000.00. 9. Motion to approve a Rider-DE Advance Deposit Agreement with Commonwealth Edison Company authorizing a deposit of $63,417.02 with ComEd for the cost of distribution system extensions to 5501 Pearl Street. 10. Motion to accept electric aggregation pricing of 6.74 cents per kilowatt hour (kWh) for the delivery period of June 2014 through June 2017 as an amendment to the Aggregation Program Agreement between the Village of Rosemont and Integrys Energy Services, Inc. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2014-4-9, a Resolution authorizing the execution of a law enforcement mutual aid agreement and the existence and formation of the Illinois law enforcement alarm system by intergovernmental cooperation. STREET COMMITTEE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2014-4-9A, a Resolution authorizing the execution of a Parking Lease Estoppel Certificate for a portion of the Seventh Amended River Road Redevelopment Plan and Project Area. (TIF 3 – Crowne Plaza) HEALTH AND LICENSE COMMITTEE BUILDING AND ZONING COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-4-9D, an Ordinance granting a special use for a Donut Shop and Bakery at 7104 Mannheim Road (“The Donut Shop”). 2. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-4-9E, an Ordinance granting a variation from the minimum side yard requirements applicable in the “A” Single-Family District to permit the construction of a new 2-car garage at 6128 Ruby Street. 3.
