Motion to authorize, ratify and confirm an OSLAD Grant Agreement for the Barry Street multi-purpose outdoor recreation project. 3. Motion to authorize, ratify and confirm a Memorandum of Understanding with the County of Cook Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (“DHSEM”) to secure emergency equipment from DHSEM for emergency event or disaster response. 4. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-5-14, an Ordinance establishing a franchise requirement for collecting solid waste from designated residential franchise areas within the Village of Rosemont. 5. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-5-14A, an Ordinance approving a residential waste collection and disposal contract with Republic Services. 6. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-5-14B, an Ordinance approving a commercial facilities waste collection and disposal contract with Republic Services. 7. Motion to authorize, ratify and confirm the acceptance of electric aggregation pricing from Integrys Energy Services, Inc. for the delivery period commencing June, 2014. 8. Motion to authorize, ratify and confirm the proposal from Orange Crush LLC in the amount of $74,990.00 for the Barry Street parking lot project. 9. Motion to approve a Rental and Service Agreement with Stack Box Structures for the Mount Rosemont snow ramp for the total amount of $357,836.00. 10. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-5-14C, an Ordinance authorizing and accepting proposals for the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center pedway renovation project for a total project cost of $734,480.00. 11. Motion to adopt Resolution appropriating $725,000 in motor fuel tax funds for the 2014 MFT Road Maintenance Program. 12. Motion to award the bid for the 2014 MFT Road Maintenance Program for repaving of residential roadways to Arrow Road Construction in the total amount of $829,737.00. 13. Motion to authorize the purchase and equipment of three new 2014 Dodge Charger pursuit vehicles from Napleton Fleet Group for the total amount of $87,372.27 for the Department of Public Safety. 14. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-5-14D, an Ordinance accepting a proposal from Orange Crush LLC in the amount of $169,609.40 to perform pavement rehabilitation work under the East Garage of the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. -2- 15. Motion to accept 3-year proposals from Kramer Tree Specialists, Inc. to supply and install holiday tree lighting in the public right-of ways at the Fashion Outlets mall, at the highway interchanges, the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, the Rosemont Theatre and MB Financial Park for an annual cost of $213,812.00. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-5-14E, an Ordinance amending Section 2-56, “Organization of the Department of Public Safety”, of the Municipal Code of the Village of Rosemont, for the purpose of providing for the restructuring of the Department of Public Safety. STREET COMMITTEE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE HEALTH AND LICENSE COMMITTEE BUILDING AND ZONING COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-5-14F, an Ordinance approving an amended special use and a sign variation for the Sugar Factory at 5441 Park Place. 2. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-5-14G, an Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Rosemont to permit long-term airport parking as a special use in the “D” Commercial District. 3. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-5-14H, an Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Rosemont to permit medical cannabis dispensaries as a special use in the “E” Service and Light Industrial District.
