Motion to authorize, ratify and confirm the acceptance of proposals from Orange Crush LLC in the total amount of $147,665.00 for pavement rehabilitation for the north and south parking lots located at Rosemont Elementary School. 3. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2014-6-11, a Resolution approving and authorizing an Extended Service Agreement with Daktronics, Inc. for maintenance of equipment at the Barry Street Recreation Center. 4. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-6-11, an Ordinance authorizing and approving a nonexclusive Cable Television Franchise Agreement between the Village of Rosemont and Comcast of Illinois. 5. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-6-11A, an Ordinance authorizing and accepting proposals for the women’s locker room renovation and lighting efficiency project at the Rosemont Health and Fitness Club for a net cost not to exceed $215,000.00. 6. Motion to authorize the purchase of a Stageline SL 100 Mobile Stage and trailer for a total cost $134,635.00 including delivery and training expenses. 7. Motion to accept a proposal from Kramer Tree Specialists, Inc. in the amount of $25,454.00 for tree and stump removal services. 8. Motion to approve a Haunted House Production Agreement between the Village of Rosemont and Disturbing Productions LLC. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE STREET COMMITTEE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-6-11B, an Ordinance authorizing and ratifying the execution of a Parking Lease Agreement for a portion of the Fourth Amended South River Road Redevelopment Plan and Project. HEALTH AND LICENSE COMMITTEE -2- BUILDING AND ZONING COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-6-11C, an Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Rosemont to permit medical cannabis dispensaries as a special use in the “E” Service and Light Industrial District.
