Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-8-13, an Ordinance amending Sections 1 and 3 of Village of Rosemont Ordinance No. 95-2-1 “An Ordinance Providing Grants to the Owners of Owner-Occupied Residential Property Located within the Village of Rosemont.” 3. Motion to accept the bid of Jem Morris Construction Company in the amount of $678,175.00 for the Barry Street multi-purpose outdoor recreation project. 4. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-8-13A, an Ordinance accepting a proposal from Orange Crush LLC in the amount of $466,325.00 for the Allstate Arena parking lot pavement replacement project. 5. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-8-13B, an Ordinance authorizing, ratifying and confirming a Service Agreement with Pace for the Rosemont Entertainment District Circulator Route 811 for a monthly payment of $27,591.00. 6. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-8-13C, an Ordinance accepting a proposal from Delta Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. in the amount of $21,400.00 for the installation of a new air handler and condensing unit and related work for the Police Department in 9501 W Devon. 7. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-8-13D, an Ordinance accepting a proposal from Western Remac Inc. in the total amount of $108,192.00 for wayfinding signage marked as item numbers 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8 on the Western Remac’s July 16, 2014 proposal. 8. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-8-13E, an Ordinance approving a Naming Rights Agreement with the Allstate Insurance Company. 9. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-8-13F, an Ordinance approving an agreement for auditing services with Lauterbach & Amen, LLP. 10. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-8-13G, an Ordinance accepting a proposal from Gurtz Electric Company in the amount of $122,260.00 for the installation of conduit raceways and Cat#6 cable for 80 new locations in the MB Financial Park and garage. 11. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-8-13H, an Ordinance authorizing the Village of Rosemont to contract for the renewal and/or establishment of a $10,000,000 line of credit at the Parkway Bank & Trust Company (#36952) on which the interest is intended to be taxable. 12. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-8-13J, an Ordinance authorizing the Village of Rosemont to contract with Comcast to upgrade its network to Comcast Metro Ethernet Service at a monthly cost of $4,057.30 for a 60 month term. 13. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-8-13K, an Ordinance authorizing the Village of Rosemont to contract with DeMaio Graphics, Inc. in the amount of $35,723.00 for the printing of the 2014 Dining Guide. 14. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-8-13L, an Ordinance authorizing the Village of Rosemont to contract with Dell Financial Services LP for the lease of 16 computer work stations for the Donald E. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2014-8-13M, an Ordinance authorizing the execution of a Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement for a portion of the Higgins Road/River Road Redevelopment Plan.
