Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-4-8N, an Ordinance authorizing, ratifying and confirming a License Agreement between the Village of Rosemont and Chicago Women’s Basketball Operations L.L.C. for use of the Allstate Arena by the Chicago Sky Basketball Team. 7. Motion to accept the proposal of Smardbuild Construction in the amount of $60,545.00 for the installation of new windows for the Senior Apartment Buildings at 10067, 10069 and 10071 Higgins Road. 8. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-4-8P, an Ordinance approving a Real Estate Sale Contract for the property at 6309 North Scott Street, Rosemont, Illinois. 9. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-4-8Q, an Ordinance authorizing Agreements with Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. to install, maintain and monitor video security equipment at the Barry Street Recreation Center, the Village Hall Building and Rosemont Elementary School. 10.
