Motion to approve and ratify the payroll agreement with Precision Payroll and authorize the Finance Director’s execution of the agreement and related electronic bank transfer agreements. 3. Motion to approve the Client Services Agreement between the Metropolitan Associates, LLC and the Village of Rosemont for the provision of workers’ compensation insurance for the stagehands and other workers the Village is taking from RES pursuant to the Asset Purchase Agreement. 4. Motion to approve the waterfall landscape proposal from Krimson Valley Landscape Contractors, Inc. in the amount of $78,399.00. 5. Motion to authorize the purchase of self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) bottles and masks from Air One Equipment, Inc. for the total cost of $22,609.00 pursuant to a quotation dated March 27, 2015. 6. Motion to approve the purchase of four (4) X-Series manual monitor defibrillators from Zoll Medical Corporation for the total cost of $112,552.00 pursuant to a quotation dated March 20, 2015. 7. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-5-20, an Ordinance authorizing, ratifying and confirming the acceptance of bids for construction of the Budweiser Lounge at the Allstate Arena. 8. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-5-20A, an Ordinance authorizing, ratifying and confirming an Agreement with Kieffer & Co., Inc. to provide and install LED marquee sign displays at the Allstate Arena. 9. Motion to approve Kronos Incorporated Proposal 6123193, as amended by Quote 4911675-1, for the purchase and implementation of the Kronos Workforce Central payroll software suite for a total cost of $373,508.00. 10. Motion to authorize the purchase of holiday displays from Artistic Holiday Designs in the total amount of $224,345.25. 11. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-5-20B, an Ordinance authorizing a contract with Orange Crush LLC in the amount of $78,390.00 for Lyndon Avenue driveway replacement work. 12. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-5-20C, an Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 2015-4-8P and approving a modified Real Estate Sale Contract for the property at 6309 North Scott Street, Rosemont, Illinois. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE STREET COMMITTEE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-5-20D, an Ordinance adopting the Watershed Management Ordinance of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District. 2. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-5-20E, an Ordinance authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago for authorization to administer the Watershed Management Ordinance. HEALTH AND LICENSE COMMITTEE BUILDING AND ZONING COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-5-20F, an Ordinance approving an amended Special Use to permit an addition to the Aloft Hotel at 9700 Balmoral Avenue. 2. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-5-20G, an Ordinance approving an amended Special Use to permit an entrance vestibule addition to the Rosemont/Chicago O’Hare Hotel at 5550 North River Road. 3. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-5-20H, an Ordinance granting a variation from the roof sign restrictions contained in the Village of Rosemont Sign Ordinance (Lincoln Property – 9701 West Higgins Road). 4. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-5-20J, an Ordinance granting a Special Use and sign variations for a convenience store and gas station at 9401 West Higgins Road. 5. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-5-20K, an Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Rosemont to authorize certain temporary uses.
