Motion to authorize, ratify and confirm the acceptance of a proposal from Barrington Pools, Inc. dated June 3, 2015 in the amount of $51,173.00 to provide labor and material repair of the swimming pool at the Rosemont Health and Fitness. 3. Motion to authorize, ratify and confirm the acceptance of a proposal from Windy City Lights dated May 18, 2015 in the total amount of $62,113.00 for the purchase of 13,300 strings of commercial grade holiday lights. 4. Motion to authorize, ratify and confirm the acceptance of a proposal from Chicago Scenic Studios, Inc., as revised May 21, 2015, to provide design, creative, fabrication and installation supervision services for the Village of Rosemont 2015 Christmas scene display in the total amount of $160,100.00. 5. Motion to accept the proposal of Global Fire Protection Company in the amount of $50,080.00 to furnish new fire pumps, valves and pressure sensing lines at the Williams Street parking garage. 6. Motion to accept the proposal of Gurtz Electric Company in the amount of $64,900.00 to provide materials and labor to install a 200 amp feeder for the fire pump at the Williams Street parking garage. 7. Motion to approve a proposal from Commonwealth Edison Company in the estimated total amount of $173,610.00 for the underground relocation of ComEd’s overhead electric lines along South Pearl Street from Berwyn Avenue to Farragut Avenue. 8. Motion to accept the proposal of Terra Consulting Group to provide professional engineering services within Higgins Road/River Road TIF No. 6. 9. Motion to accept the proposal of Delta Heating-Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Inc. in the amount of $29,500.00 to furnish labor material and equipment to replace a 100-ton air compressor at the Allstate Arena. 10. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-7-8, an Ordinance amending Sections 1 and 3 of Village of Rosemont Ordinance No. 95-2-1 “An Ordinance Providing Grants to the Owners of Owner-Occupied Residential Property Located within the Village of Rosemont.” 11. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-7-8A, an Ordinance authorizing a contract with Orange Crush LLC in the amount of $416,553.00 for the Allstate Arena Mannheim Road Entrance Rehabilitation project. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE STREET COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2015-7-8, a Resolution for construction on state highways. 2. Motion to authorize a Memorandum of Understanding with the Illinois Toll Highway Authority for the Tollway’s I-90 over Mannheim Road and I-90 over Higgins Road project.
