Motion to authorize a snow removal agreement for Rosemont Special Service Area No. 2. 3. Motion to accept five proposals from CDS Office Technologies in the total amount of $111,541.18 to purchase in-car video cameras, WI-FI antennas, software and related accessories to equip 12 Public Safety patrol cars with in-car video camera systems. 4. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-8-12, an Ordinance accepting a proposal from Sterling Codifiers, Inc. for codification of the Municipal Code of the Village of Rosemont. 5. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-8-12A, an Ordinance approving an Agreement with Dell Financial Services for the lease of two computer workstations for the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. 6. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-8-12B, an Ordinance authorizing the purchase of passenger vans from Best Bus Sales. 7. Motion to accept the proposal of Woods Roofing in the amount of $14,650.00 for a new roof at 10021 Higgins Road. 8. Motion to approve a master service agreement between the Village and ADP LLC and its attachments (Annex A, E, G, T and W; and Pricing Appendix) for payroll services. 9. Motion to approve an engagement letter between the Village and Lauterbach & Amen, L.L.P. to provide actuarial services for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2015 and December 31, 2016. 10. Motion to accept the proposal of H&H Electric Company dated July 28, 2015 in the amount of $39,926.50 for an electric service upgrade and improvements at the Allstate Arena Mannheim Road entrance. 11. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-8-12C, an Ordinance authorizing a Grant of Easement to Commonwealth Edison Company at 6417 Kirschoff Road. 12. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-8-12D, an Ordinance authorizing a Service Agreement with Pace for the Rosemont Entertainment District Circulator Route 811 for the period from August 1, 2015 to December 31, 2016. 13. Motion to accept a proposal from Stackbox Inc. to provide equipment and services for a snow hill at MB Park for an amount not to exceed $190,000. 14. Motion to accept a proposal from Cascadia Sport in the amount of $11,800 to provide a new 6-foot skaters gate for the ice rink at MB Park. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE STREET COMMITTEE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-8-12E, an Ordinance authorizing the execution of a Real Estate Purchase Contract and Development Agreement for a portion of the Fourth Amended South River Road Redevelopment Plan and Project Area. ( TIF 4 – BRE Pearl Street, LLC) 2. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-8-12F, an Ordinance authorizing the execution of a Real Estate Purchase Contract and Development Agreement for a portion of the Fourth Amended South River Road Redevelopment Plan and Project Area.
