Motion to accept a proposal from Atlas Toyota Material Handling Company for the purchase of 16 new Columbia Expediter electric vehicles, at $3,962.00 each = $63,392.00, and 8 new Columbia Payloader electric vehicles, at $8,500.00 each = $68,000.00, for a total purchase price of $131,392.00, including an annual preventative maintenance program at a cost of $74 per unit ($1,776.00 annually) for five years. 3. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-10-14, an Ordinance authorizing and approving a Third Amendment of Concession Agreement between the Village of Rosemont and Aramark Sports and Entertainment Services, LLC. 4. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-10-14A, an Ordinance amending Ordinances 2013- 8-14A and 2015-1-14A to increase the maximum total amount of the authorized loan from the General Fund to the Special Tax Allocation Fund for the Higgins Road/River Road TIF No. 6 Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area to 23 Million Dollars. 5. Motion to accept the proposal of Kramer Tree Specialists, Inc. to provide tree and stump removal services at Evenhouse Park for the amount of $14,440.00. 6. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-10-14B, an Ordinance authorizing the conveyance of certain real estate to the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority used as right-of-way for the I-294 exit ramp at Balmoral Avenue. 7. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-10-14C, an Ordinance authorizing, ratifying and confirming the acceptance of proposals in the aggregate amount of $1,172,321.50 for the Dunne Park Recreation Center Project. 8. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-10-14D, an Ordinance approving and authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement with Illinois State Toll Highway Authority to accept ownership for certain road right-of-way parcels. 9. Motion to approve a proposal from DoorStat LLC to provide foot traffic and demographic data collection at MB Financial Park. 10. Motion to approve a proposal from BBF Erectors Inc. to provide a new 42” High Ornamental Fence along the creek retainer wall for the amount of $52,800.00. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE STREET COMMITTEE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-10-14E, an Ordinance vacating a portion of Pearl Street and underlying easements. 2. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-10-14F, an Ordinance authorizing the execution of a Real Estate Purchase Contract and Development Agreement for portions of the Fourth Amended South River Road Redevelopment Plan and Project Area. (TIF 4 – Koch Foods) 3. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-10-14G, an Ordinance authorizing the execution of a Lease between the Village of Rosemont and Rosemont Ventures LLC for a portion of the Fourth Amended South River Road Redevelopment Plan and Project Area. 4. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2015-10-14, a Resolution authorizing the execution of an Estoppel and Approval Certificate for a portion of the First Amended Higgins Road/River Road Redevelopment Plan and Project Area. (TIF 6 – Raymond) HEALTH AND LICENSE COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-10-14H, an Ordinance amending Section 4-4(a)(4) of Chapter 4 of the Village of Rosemont’s Code of Ordinances titled “Alcoholic Beverages”.
