Motion to approve Resolution No. R2015-11-18, a Resolution approving a Standard Software Maintenance Agreement with New World Systems Corporation. 3. Motion to approve Resolution No. R2015-11-18A, a Resolution determining that the minutes of closed meetings of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Rosemont should be kept confidential. 4. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-11-18, an Ordinance authorizing and approving a Third Party Custodian Agreement for the collateralization of Village funds on deposit with Fifth Third Bank. 5. Motion to approve a proposal in the amount of $8,872.00 from Illinois Contract Glazing, Inc. to furnish and install an insulated glass transom window and related materials at Adobe Gila’s in MB Financial Park. 6. Motion to approve a proposal in the amount of $32,035.00 from Kieffer & Co. Inc. to provide materials and related services to install and electrically connect a refurbished east elevation sign and a new west elevation sign at the Rosemont Village Hall. 7. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-11-18A, an Ordinance establishing the 2015 tax levy for Village of Rosemont Special Service Area Number Two. 8. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-11-18B, an Ordinance convening a joint review board, calling a public hearing and establishing an interested parties’ registry in connection with the proposed designation of the Balmoral/Pearl TIF 8 Redevelopment Project Area (“TIF 8”) along with the approval of tax increment financing and a Redevelopment Plan and Project for said area. 9. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-11-18C, an Ordinance authorizing the Village of Rosemont to renew a $3,000,000 line of credit at the Parkway Bank & Trust Company (Loan Number 36953) on which the interest is intended to be tax-exempt. 10. Motion to authorize, ratify and confirm the acceptance of a proposal in the amount of $99,985.00 from Gurtz Electric dated August 18, 2015 for the single-mode fiber cabling installation project at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center and parking garage. 11. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-11-18D, an Ordinance authorizing the sale of surplus personal property owned by the Village of Rosemont (1999 Ford Model F350 Truck). 12. Motion to authorize a 3-year agreement with Classic Party Rentals to provide tents for the MB Park ice rink. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE 1. Motion to approve a License Agreement for Temporary Use of Rosemont Fire Station No. 2. STREET COMMITTEE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-11-18E, an Ordinance authorizing a second amendment to a lease for a portion of the Fourth Amended South River Road Redevelopment Plan and Project Area. HEALTH AND LICENSE COMMITTEE BUILDING AND ZONING COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-11-18F, an Ordinance amending the Plumbing Code of the Village of Rosemont to adopt certain water conservation practices required by Lake Michigan Water Allocation Rules and Regulations. 2. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-11-18G, an Ordinance adopting certain model building codes by reference. 3.
