Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-12-9, an Ordinance amending Section 22-17 of the Village Code of the Village of Rosemont to establish a three month billing cycle for single family residential water accounts. 3. Motion to approve the purchase of the property, general liability, employee benefits liability, liquor liability, automobile (liability and physical damage), law enforcement liability, public officials/employment practices liability, workers compensation, excess liability, fiduciary liability, governmental crime and terrorism insurance coverages as proposed by Mesirow Financial Insurance Services for the period from January 3, 2016 through January 3, 2017 in a total amount not to exceed $950,000. 4. Motion to approve Resolution No. R2015-12-9, a Resolution authorizing an amendment of the Intergovernmental Agreement relating to the O’Hare Noise Compatibility Commission. 5. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-12-9A, an Ordinance approving an Advertising Agreement with Connie’s Pizza, Inc. 6. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-12-9B, an Ordinance approving an Advertising Agreement between Rivers Casino and the Village of Rosemont. 7. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-12-9C, an Ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Amendments to Agreements with Bomark, Inc. for cleaning and parking services for the Allstate Arena and Rosemont Theatre. 8. Motion to accept the November 16, 2015 proposal of Carrier Building Systems & Services in the amount of $8,874.00 for labor and materials to install a Carrier interface module and software for mechanical systems monitoring and control at the Convention Center. 9. Motion to accept the November 13, 2015 proposal of Temperature Equipment Corporation in the net amount, after rebates, of $67,162.40 to provide and install Carlyle air conditioning compressor units and related equipment at the Convention Center. 10. Motion to accept the November 18, 2015 proposal of Temperature Equipment Corporation in the total amount of $57,280.00 to provide and install four 10-ton heating and cooling units, two 20-ton heating and cooling units and related equipment at the Convention Center. 11. Motion to approve an Agreement with Cannon Cochran Management Services, Inc. (CCMSI) for services as the Village’s Third Party Administrator for the Village’s liability, property and workers’ compensation coverages.” 12. Motion to approve Resolution No. R2015-12-9A, a Resolution authorizing the acceptance of proposals from WBR Roofing Company, Inc. in the aggregate amount of $118,790.00 for roofing work at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. 13. Motion to approve Resolution No. R2015-12-9B, a Resolution authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Kramer Tree Specialists, Inc. to provide driveway snow removal services. 14. Motion to accept the low bid of Chicago Builder’s Corporation in the amount of $59,586.00 for Fire Station No. 1 overhead door replacement project. 15. Motion to accept the December 3, 2015 proposal of Aria Group Architects, Inc. to provide design development, construction document, and project administration services for the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center Exhibit Halls interior remodeling project for a cost not to exceed $80,300.00. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE STREET COMMITTEE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-12-9D, an Ordinance authorizing a Bulletin Agreement between United Airlines and the Village of Rosemont. 2. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-12-9E, an Ordinance authorizing the execution of a Second Amendment to Lease between the Village of Rosemont and Skygroup Investments, LLC for a portion of the Fourth Amended South River Road Redevelopment Plan and Project Area. (TIF 4 – iFly) 3. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-12-9F, an Ordinance approving a Development Agreement for a portion of the Amended Higgins Road-River Road Redevelopment Plan and Project Area. (TIF 6 – Moretti’s) 4. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2015-12-9G, an Ordinance approving a First Amendment to Lease and Agreement for Development.
