Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2016-1-20, an Ordinance authorizing, ratifying and confirming the acceptance of a proposal from Gurtz Electric Company in the amount of $347,000.00 for electrical work in connection with the Rosemont Dome Replacement Project. 3. Motion to accept a proposal from WBR Roofing Company, Inc. in the amount of $30,470.00 to furnish materials and labor to install a new roof at Fire Station No. 2. 4. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2016-1-20A, an Ordinance authorizing a Master Service Agreement with CP OpCo LLC, doing business as Classic Party Rentals, to provide tent installation, takedown and cleaning service at the MB Financial Park ice rink. 5. Motion to accept the proposal of H&H Electric Company in the total amount of $39,700.10 to provide a fiber optic connection between the Rosemont Village Hall and the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. 6. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2016-1-20B, an Ordinance approving and authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority for water main relocation along Mannheim Road at the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway. 7. Motion to accept proposal Q-00636919 from Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. to install and maintain 9 additional outdoor security cameras at Rosemont Elementary School at a monthly cost of $365 as an addendum to the Village’s existing agreement with Stanley to install, maintain and monitor video security equipment at Rosemont School. 8. Motion to accept the proposal from the Journal & Topics Newspapers for the total amount of $28,067 to purchase 1700 annual subscriptions for weekly delivery of the Rosemont Journal newspaper during 2016 to all Village households at an annual subscription cost of $16.51 per household. 9. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2016-1-20C, an Ordinance approving Change Order No. 1 to the Donald E. Stephens Memorial Fountain construction contract. 10. Motion to approve an agreement with Theatrical Wardrobe Union Local #769 for the Allstate Arena and the Rosemont Theatre for a 3-year term commencing January 1, 2016. 11. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2016-1-20D, an Ordinance approving and authorizing a Cleaning Services Agreement with Bomark LLC for the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. 12. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2016-1-20, a Resolution expressing official intent regarding certain capital expenditures to be reimbursed from proceeds of one or more obligations to be issued by the Village of Rosemont, Cook County, Illinois. 13. Motion to accept the recommendation of Petrungaro & Associates to award bids in the total amount of $46,875.00 for remodeling of the existing elevators at the Allstate Arena. 14. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2016-1-20E, an Ordinance authorizing a Construction Management Contract with D-R Rosemont LLC for the Dunne Park Recreation Center. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2016-1-20F, an Ordinance authorizing a First Amendment to Intergovernmental Agreement between the Village of Rosemont and Rosemont School District No. 78 for Video Security Monitoring at Rosemont Elementary School. STREET COMMITTEE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2016-1-20G, an Ordinance authorizing the execution of a Second Amendment to Lease between the Village of Rosemont and Skygroup Investments, LLC for a portion of a the Fourth Amended South River Road Redevelopment Plan and Project Area.
