Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2016-2-10, a Resolution authorizing the Village President to act on behalf of the Village of Rosemont with respect to Parkway Bank & Trust Company Land Trust Nos. 3294, 3558, 5134, 7568, 7649, 7650 and 10064. 5. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2016-2-10A, a Resolution authorizing acceptance of a final Guaranteed Maximum Price of $3,451,083 for the Dunne Park Recreation Center project. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE 1. Motion to authorize renewal of the Automatic Fire Department Mutual Aid Agreement between the Village of Rosemont and the City of Des Plaines. STREET COMMITTEE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2016-2-10A, an Ordinance approving a Fifth Amended Redevelopment Plan and Project for the Village of Rosemont’s South River Road TIF 4 Redevelopment Project Area. 2. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2016-2-10B, an Ordinance designating a Fifth Amended Redevelopment Project Area for Village of Rosemont’s South River Road TIF 4 Redevelopment Project Area. 3. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2016-2-10C, an Ordinance adopting tax increment financing for the Fifth Amended Village of Rosemont South River Road TIF 4 Redevelopment Project Area. 4. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2016-2-10D, an Ordinance approving the Redevelopment Plan and Project for the Balmoral/Pearl TIF No. 8 Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area. 5. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2016-2-10E, an Ordinance designating the Balmoral/Pearl TIF No. 8 Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area. 6.
