Motion to authorize the acceptance of proposals from Panasonic Enterprise Solutions Company and Click-to-Effect in the aggregate amount of $78,975.00 to replace, upgrade and install LED and digital equipment for the north and south scoreboards, the center hung board and the 360 ribbon board at the Allstate Arena.
