Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-8-9, an Ordinance proposing approval of a First Amendment to the Balmoral/Pearl TIF No. 8 Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area in order to extend its term to 35 years. 3. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-8-9A, an Ordinance convening a Joint Review Board and calling a public hearing in connection with the proposed designation of the Balmoral/River Road TIF 9 Redevelopment Project Area. 4. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-8-9B, an Ordinance amending Sections 1 and 3 of Village of Rosemont Ordinance No. 95-2-1 “An Ordinance Providing Grants to the Own- ers of Owner-Occupied Residential Property Located within the Village of Rosemont”. 5. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-8-9C, an Ordinance authorizing the Village of Rosemont to contract for the renewal and/or establishment of a $10,000,000 line of credit at the Parkway Bank & Trust Company (#36952) on which the interest is intended to be taxable. 6. Motion to authorize and accept a proposal from Windy City Lights in the amount of $62,113.00 for the purchase of 4,000 5 millimeter LED holiday light strings of various colors and 4,375 mini incandescent holiday light strings. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-8-9D, an Ordinance authorizing the execution of a lease for a portion of the Fifth Amended South River Road Redevelopment Plan and Pro- ject Area. (TIF 4 – Harley Davidson) 2. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-8-9E, an Ordinance authorizing a Second Amend- ment to Purchase and Sale Agreement for a portion of the Second Amended Hig- gins/River Road Redevelopment Plan and Project Area. (TIF 6 – 6300 River/Farpoint) 3. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2017-8-9, a Resolution authorizing the Village Presi- dent to negotiate a Real Estate Purchase Contract for a portion of the Higgins/Mannheim Redevelopment Plan and Project Area. (TIF 7 – 19 Acres) HEALTH AND LICENSE COMMITTEE BUILDING AND ZONING COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-8-9F, an Ordinance approving a Special Use and certain sign variations for an approximately 18,400 square foot DHL Innovation Center commercial building on Lot 2 of Lot 5 of the Pearl Street Station 2nd Resubdivision in the “D” Commercial Zoning District. 2. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-8-9G, an Ordinance approving a Special Use to al- low the operation of a Buddy’s Italian Beef Restaurant at 6152 Willow Creek Drive. OLD BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS 1. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2017-8-9A a Resolution relating to participation by elected officials in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund.
