Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-10-11, an Ordinance establishing the 2017 Tax Levy for Village of Rosemont Special Service Area Number Two. 3. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-10-11A, an Ordinance ascertaining the prevailing rate of wages for the construction of public works in the Village of Rosemont. 4. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-10-11B, an Ordinance amending Village Ordinance 2009-8-5B titled “An Ordinance prohibiting Video Gaming within the Village of Rose- mont.” 5. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-10-11C, an Ordinance authorizing a five year agreement with Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. to install, maintain and monitor a Security Center Video Camera Monitoring, Recording and Security package (Quote No. Q-00858585) and to provide Security Monitoring Services at the Rosemont Ballpark. 6. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2017-10-11, a Resolution approving a Naming Rights Agreement for the Entertainment District. 7. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2017-10-11A, a Resolution approving a Fund Balance Policy for the Village’s General Fund. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-10-11D, an Ordinance amending Chapter 15, “Morals and Conduct” of the Municipal Code of the Village of Rosemont. STREET COMMITTEE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-10-11E, an Ordinance authorizing a Third Amend- ment to Purchase and Sale Agreement for a portion of the Second Amended Hig- gins/River Road Redevelopment Plan and Project Area. (TIF 6 – 6300 N. River) HEALTH AND LICENSE COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-10-11F, an Ordinance amending (1) Section 4-6 of Chapter 4 of the Village of Rosemont’s Code of Ordinances titled “Alcoholic Beverages” to add a new W(1) category for wine tasting; and (2) Section 4-7 to adjust the number of licenses allowable in each liquor license classification.
