Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-11-8, an Ordinance authorizing the purchase and equipping of three new Public Safety vehicles, together with Public Safety equipment for a cost of approximately $134,575.00 pursuant to a state bid contract. 3. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2017-11-8, a Resolution approving an Advertising Agreement with Café Brew, Inc. for the Allstate Arena. 4. Motion to authorize and approve an Agreement with Melrose Pyrotechnics to furnish all necessary fireworks display materials and personnel for seventeen (17) fireworks displays for a total cost of $243,300.00. 5. Motion to authorize and approve the acceptance of a proposal from MVP Plumbing Corp. in the amount of $63,760.00 to reroute 4 drains at the bottom of the MB Financial Park parking garage and to tie the drain lines back into storm sewer main line leaving the gar- age, including the addition of a total of 3 12-inch check valves on outlets of storm lines leaving the garage. 6. Motion to authorize and approve the purchase of an Olympia Ice Resurfacer from Ice- mann Arena, Inc. for the amount of $79,000.00. 7. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-11-8A, an Ordinance authorizing the Village of Rosemont to renew a $3,000,000 line of credit at the Parkway Bank & Trust Company (Loan Number 36953) on which the interest is intended to be tax-exempt. 8. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2017-11-8A, a Resolution approving an Advertising Agreement with LYFT for the Allstate Arena. 9. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2017-11-8B, a Resolution approving a Sponsorship Agreement with Vienna Beef for the Allstate Arena, Softball Stadium and Expoteria. 10. Motion to authorize acceptance of a proposal from Life Fitness, Quote No. 3155554-1R in the amount of $24,798.72, for the purchase of 16 IC-6 Base Console Group Exercise LF Brand Bike units for the Rosemont Health and Fitness Club. 11. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-11-8B, an Ordinance authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Orange Crush L.L.C. dated October 4, 2017 in the amount of $246,069.00 for the construction of a Muvico Valet Lane on Park Place. 12. Motion to approve an agreement between the Village of Rosemont and the Cavaliers Drum & Bugle Corps., for the period from January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2021. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-11-8C, an Ordinance amending Article 13, entitled “Reference to Illinois Vehicle Code Violations” of Chapter 21, entitled “Vehicles and Traffic” of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Rosemont. STREET COMMITTEE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-11-8D, an Ordinance approving a First Amended Redevelopment Plan and Project for the First Amended Balmoral/Pearl TIF No. 8 Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area. 2. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-11-8E, an Ordinance designating the First Amend- ed Balmoral/Pearl TIF No. 8 Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area. 3. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-11-8F, an Ordinance adopting Tax Increment Allo- cation Financing for the First Amended Balmoral/Pearl TIF No. 8 Tax Increment Financ- ing Redevelopment Project Area. 4. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-11-8G, an Ordinance authorizing a Fourth Amend- ment to Purchase and Sale Agreement for a portion of the Second Amended Hig- gins/River Road Redevelopment Plan and Project Area. (TIF 6 – 6300 N. River) HEALTH AND LICENSE COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-11-8H, an Ordinance amending Sections 4-6 and 4- 7 of Chapter 4 of the Village of Rosemont’s Code of Ordinances titled “Alcoholic Bever- ages” to: (1) add a new Class N(1) license category; and (2) adjust the number of licenses allowable in each liquor license classification. 2. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-11-8J, an Ordinance amending and comprehensive- ly restating the Village fee schedule for services, licenses and permits within the Village of Rosemont. 3. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-11-8K, an Ordinance amending Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Rosemont to impose an affirmative duty on commercial and industrial water customers to exercise and maintain valves necessary to isolate a wa- ter meter in working order. BUILDING AND ZONING COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2017-11-8L, an Ordinance approving a Special Use to allow the establishment and operation of a Windy City Harley Davidson Motorcycle Dealership and corporate office including motorcycle sales, rental and service with relat- ed sales of parts, accessories and apparel in the Entertainment District in the “D” Com- mercial District.
