Motion to authorize, ratify and confirm the approval of the First Amendment to Village of Rosemont Service Agreement for transportation service known as the Route 811 Rosemont Entertainment Circulator between Pace and the Village of Rosemont. 3. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2018-7-11, an Ordinance authorizing the Village of Rosemont to contract for the renewal and/or establishment of a $10,000,000 line of credit at the Parkway Bank & Trust Company (#36952) on which the interest is intended to be taxable. 4. Motion to authorize, ratify and confirm the approval of the quote from RGB Lights for a led lighting system for the Porte-Cochere at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center dated 5/31/18 for a total cost of $252,249.85. 5. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2018-7-11A, an Ordinance establishing standards for construction of facilities in the public rights of way. 6. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2018-7-11B, an Ordinance addressing Small Cell Wire- less Facilities. 7. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2018-7-11C, an Ordinance amending Sections 1 and 3 of Village of Rosemont Ordinance No. 85-2-1 “An Ordinance Providing Grants to the Own- ers of Owner-Occupied Residential Property located within the Village of Rosemont” PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE STREET COMMITTEE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 1. Motion to enter and continue the 9 ordinances listed as items 1A through 1I on the agen- da under Municipal Development Committee, which ordinances amend TIF 4, amend TIF 3 and create new TIF 9, to the Village of Rosemont’s regularly scheduled meeting of August 8, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. for further consideration and possible approval. 1A.
