Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2018-11-14, an Ordinance authorizing the Village of Rosemont to renew a $3,000,000 Line of Credit at the Parkway Bank & Trust Company (Loan Number 36953) on which the interest is intended to be tax-exempt. 3. Motion to approve the Connie’s Pizza Advertising Agreement between the Village of Rosemont and Connie’s Pizza Inc. 4. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2018-11-14A, an Ordinance amending the Village of Rosemont’s Anti-Harassment/Sexual Harassment Policy in accordance with Public Act 100-1066. 5. Motion to approve a proposal from Kramer Tree Specialists, Inc. dated October 31, 2018 for 2018-2019 snow removal services for Special Service Area #2. 6. Motion to approve a proposal from Kramer Tree Specialists, Inc. dated October 31, 2018 for the 2018-2019 snow removal services for the Senior Housing. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE STREET COMMITTEE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 1. Motion to enter and continue the 9 ordinances listed as items 1A through 1I on the agen- da under Municipal Development Committee, which ordinances amend TIF 4, amend TIF 3 and create new TIF 9, to the Village of Rosemont’s next regularly scheduled meet- ing which is currently scheduled for December 12, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. for further consider- ation and possible approval. 1A. An Ordinance approving a Sixth Amended Redevelopment Plan and Project for the Village of Rosemont’s South River Road TIF 4 Redevelopment Project Area. 1B. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2018-11-14B, an Ordinance authorizing the execution of a Real Estate Purchase Contract for the purchase of property at 7093-7095 Barry Avenue. (TIF 7) HEALTH AND LICENSE COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2018-11-14C, an Ordinance amending: (1) Section 4-6(a) of Chapter 4 of the Village of Rosemont’s Code of Ordinances titled “Alcoholic Bever- ages” to create a new liquor license category’ and (2) Section 4-7 to update the number of liquor licenses that may be issued in each category. 2. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2018-11-14D, an Ordinance amending and comprehen- sively restating the Village fee schedule for services, licenses and permits within the Vil- lage of Rosemont.
