Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2018-12-12, a Resolution authorizing the Village of Rosemont to approve a Plat of Resubdivision, a Real Estate Contract and the Village’s closing upon the sale of the south 10 feet of PIN 12-04-216-014-0000. 3. Motion to approve an agreement with PACE for the Rosemont Entertainment District Circulator for period from January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2020 at a cost of $27,351.00 per month. 4. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2018-12-12A, a Resolution authorizing legal represent- atives to file Requests to Intervene in Petitions before the Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board on behalf of the Village of Rosemont. 5. Motion to approve a proposal from Melrose Pyrotechnics, Inc. dated December 4, 2018 for 16 Firework Displays at a cost of $247,025.00 for 2019 and a cost of $263,000.00 for 2020. 6. Motion to authorize, ratify and confirm the purchase of the property, general liability, employee benefits liability, liquor liability, automobile (liability and physical damage), law enforcement liability, public officials/employment practices liability, excess liability (3 layers), excess workers’ compensation, fiduciary liability, governmental crime, and terrorism insurance coverages as proposed by Alliant/Mesirow Insurance Services for the period from January 3, 2019 through January 3, 2020. 7. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2018-12-12, an Ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of an advertising agreement with Paddock Publications. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2018-12-12A, An Ordinance approving an Eighth Amended Redevelopment Plan and Project for the River Road TIF 3 Village of Rose- mont Redevelopment Project Area. 2. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2018-12-12B, an Ordinance designating an Eighth Amended Redevelopment Project Area for the River Road TIF 3 Village of Rosemont Redevelopment Project Area. 3. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2018-12-12C, an Ordinance adopting Tax Increment Fi- nancing for the Eighth Amended River Road TIF 3 Village of Rosemont Redevelopment Project Area. 4. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2018-12-12D, an Ordinance approving a Second Amend- ed Redevelopment Plan and Project for the Balmoral/Pearl TIF No. 8 Tax Increment Fi- nancing Redevelopment Project Area. 5. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2018-12-12E, an Ordinance designating the Second Amended Balmoral/Pearl TIF No. 8 Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area. 6. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2018-12-12F, an Ordinance adopting Tax Increment Al- location Financing for the Second Amended Balmoral/Pearl TIF No. 8 Tax Increment Fi- nancing Redevelopment Project Area. 7. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2018-12-12G, an Ordinance authorizing a Bulletin Agreement between United Airlines and the Village of Rosemont. (Riverway/United sign) 8. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2018-12-12H, an Ordinance authorizing the execution of a First Amendment to lease between the Village of Rosemont and BRE Park Place, LLC. for a portion of the Fifth Amended South River Road Redevelopment Plan and Project Area. 9. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2018-12-12J, an Ordinance authorizing the execution of an Assignment, Assumption and Consent of a Real Estate Purchase Contract and Devel- opment Agreement for portions of the River Road TIF 3 and the South River Road TIF 4 Redevelopment Plan and Project Areas (TIFs 3 and 4 – fashion outlet expansion). 10. A Motion to enter and continue the 9 ordinances listed as items 10A through 10I on the agenda under Municipal Development Committee, which ordinances amend TIF 4, amend TIF 3 and create new TIF 9, to the Village of Rosemont’s next regular meeting which is currently scheduled for January 9, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. for further consideration and possible approval. 10A.
