Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2020-6-10, an ordinance authorizing and regulating Video Gaming. 3. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2020-6-10A, an ordinance amending Sections 4-6 and 4-7 of the Village’s Liquor Code in order to create a new Class”VG” (Video Gaming) License, update the number of authorized licenses and make other technical corrections. 4. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2020-6-10B, an ordinance amending and comprehen- sively restating the Village Fee Schedule for Services, Licenses and Permits within the Village of Rosemont to add Video Gaming fees and taxes and otherwise make technical corrections. 5. Motion to approve the bid award for the Village of Rosemont’s 2020 MFT (Motor Fuel Tax) Road Program to J. A. Johnson Paving Company in the base bid amount of $283,384.15. Page 2 of 4 6.
