Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2020-5-11, an ordinance amending the water rates con- tained in Section 22-17 of the Village Code of the Village of Rosemont. 3. Motion to approve a letter of understanding between the Village of Rosemont and Wintrust for future maintenance and energy responsibilities for the new installation of a Traffic signal at IL 72 (Higgins Road) and new Wintrust Access Drives. 4. Motion to approve an Illinois Department of Transportation resolution for maintenance under the Illinois Highway Code for the use of Motor Fuel Tax Funds for the period from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020 in the appropriated amount of $500,000.00. 5. Motion to approve Illinois Department of Transportation forms to: (1) request the ex- penditure/authorization of Motor Fuel Tax Funds for the maintenance of Village roads in the amount of $500,000.00, and (2) estimate the Village of Rosemont’s local public agency maintenance costs for calendar year 2020 in the amount of $500,000.00. 6. Motion to approve a wetland credit agreement with Mill Creek WB, L.L.C. for the aquis- tion of 0.105 acres of wetland compensation credits for the Bryn Mawr pedestrian bridge & riverwalk project at a cost of $14,175.00. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2020-5-11C, an ordinance approving and ratifying the execution of an agreement for 9-1-1 dispatch services network connectivity consolidation with Nanna Networks Inc.
