Motion to approve a letter agreement with Kane, McKenna and Associates, Inc. for con- sulting services related to the proposed amendment of the Redevelopment Plan and Pro- ject for the Higgins Road/River Road TIF No. 6 Tax Increment Financing Redevelop- ment Project Area in the amount of $20,000.00. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE 1. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2020-2-11H, an Ordinance amending Ordinance 2006- 11-1C to require alarm systems to have wireless connections to the Village’s municipal alarm system vendor. 2. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2020-3-11J, an Ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of a license agreement for wireless alarm monitoring system services with Norcomm Public Safety Communications, Inc. 3. Motion to approve Resolution No. R2020-3-11, a Resolution approving an Intergovern- mental Agreement among the member agencies of the Northeastern Illinois Regional Crime Laboratory. 4. Motion to approve the purchase of three (3) marked squad cars and equipment from Cur- rie Motors Commercial Center at State bid price for a total price of $169,704.00. 5.
