Motion to approve an Amendment to Licensed User Agreement between Ticketmaster L.L.C. and the Village of Rosemont which makes Ticketmaster responsible for charge- backs for tickets sold through Ticketmaster distribution channels. 3. Motion to adopt Resolution R2020-2-12, a Resolution expressing official intent regarding certain capital expenditures to be reimbursed from proceeds of one or more obligations to be issued by the Village of Rosemont, Cook County, Illinois. 4. Motion to adopt Resolution R2020-2-12A, a Resolution authorizing an advertising agreement with the Molson Coors Beverage Company. 5. Motion to approve a proposal from Kramer Tree for the Village’s 2020 plant care ser- vices in a total amount not to exceed $45,922.00. -2- PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE 1. Motion to approve and ratify a purchase agreement with MacQueen Equipment, LLC for a Pierce Enforcer Pumper (proposal 986) in the amount of $724,114.00 (100% prepay- ment option). 2. Motion to approve a proposal for the purchase of Axon Taser 7 Upgrades for Operations Public Safety Officers, Detectives and Sergeants in a total amount not to exceed $149,138.88. A Motion to enter and continue the 9 ordinances listed as items 1A through 1I on the agenda under Municipal Development Committee, which ordinances amend TIF 4, amend TIF 3 and create new TIF 9, to the Village of Rosemont’s next regular meeting which is currently scheduled for March 11, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. for further consideration and possible approval. 1A.
