Motion to approve and ratify a May 19, 2021 proposal from Aria Group Architects, Inc. for design services for the redevelopment of the north side of Higgins Road (old Gene & Georgetti’s site and adjacent parking garage) in an amount not to exceed $76,000.00. 3. Motion to approve and ratify a May 20, 2021 proposal from Terra Consulting Group, Ltd. for professional engineering services for the redevelopment of the north side of Higgins Road (old Gene & Georgetti’s site and adjacent parking garage) in an amount not to exceed $117,300.00. (Estimated cost $113,500.00 to $117,300.00) 4. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2021-6-14, an Ordinance authorizing the sale or disposal of certain surplus personal property (1999 Ford Ranger). 5. Motion to approve a 5-year contract with Club Automation for software to automate the operation of the Rosemont Health and Fitness Center. Page 2 of 4  6. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2021-6-14A, an Ordinance adopting a policy to authorize the Village of Rosemont to consider increased costs resulting from the need to comply with cur- rent requirements imposed by the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chica- go when evaluating and determining whether any financial assistance shall be provided for a project. 7. Motion to approve a proposal from Windy City Lights dated June 4, 2021 for the acquisition of commercial grade LED decorative lighting at a cost of $56,340.00. 8. Motion to approve a Commonwealth Edison Customer Work Agreement (CWA 210200) for the relocation of utility poles necessary for the Chestnut Street improvements project at a cost of $65,862.64. 9. Motion to approve a proposal from Orange Crush LLC for the construction of permeable parking spaces and roadway modifications within the Parkway Bank Park Entertainment Dis- trict at the cost of $222,810.50. 10. Motion to approve a proposal from DR Rosemont for interior demolition of the piano bar and tiki bar north tenant space of 5500 Park Place at a not to exceed cost of $60,000.00. 11. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2021-6-14, a Resolution approving an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Village of Rosemont and Rosemont Elementary School District 78 pertaining to the construction of a new school. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE 1. Motion to approve and authorize the Director of Public Safety to sign an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Norwood Park Fire Protection District for the use of a Fire Truck. 2. Motion to approve an appointment list for Auxiliary Public Safety Officers. STREET COMMITTEE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE HEALTH AND LICENSE COMMITTEE 1. Motion to approve a Building Maintenance Addendum Agreement between the Village of Rosemont and the Chicago Journeymen Plumbers’ Local Union 130, U.A. Local 130. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2021-6-14B, an Ordinance approving a special use permit in the D Commercial Zoning District to allow the establishment and operation of both a piano bar and tiki bar with exterior patio space in the Entertainment District. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2021-6-14C, an Ordinance approving a variance from the Vil- lage of Rosemont’s sign ordinance for the building previously opened as the Hofbrauhaus res- taurant.
