Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2021-9-13A, an Ordinance amending Sections 1 and 3 of Vil- lage of Rosemont Ordinance No. 95-2-1 “An Ordinance providing grants to the owners of owner-occupied residential property located within the Village of Rosemont.” 4. Motion to approve an agreement between the Village of Rosemont and Field Protection Agency LLC. for the rental, installation and load-out of a protective field covering for Impact Field during the period from October 15, 2021 through January 15, 2022 in the total amount of $225,000.00 with a 50% deposit due on approval and the balance payable on load out. 5. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2021-9-13B, an Ordinance authorizing the sale or disposal of certain surplus personal property (2011 Kubota RTV1100; 2-2008 John Deere Gator HPX; 1996 Trackless MTS; 2005 Tennant Sweeper; 2-2016 Honda ATVs; and 2016 Polaris 6x6) 6. Motion to approve an engagement letter with Lauterbach & Amen, LLP. for actuarial services for the four fiscal years ending December 31, 2021 through and including December 31, 2024. Page 2 of 4 7. Motion to approve and ratify the acceptance of a quote from Orange Crush, LLC. (Job Code PV1681REV) for the reconstruction of the Rosemont Theatre parking lot in the amount of $884,349.60. 8. Motion to approve and ratify the acceptance of Options 1 and 3 of a proposal from DiMeo Bros., Inc. for the LaQuinta Inn & Suites water main replacement project for: (1) Village wa- ter main installation in the amount of $82,850.00; and (2) water service work from the water main tee to valve vault in the amount of $16,900.00. Motion to approve a guaranteed maximum price contract with D-R Rosemont LLC. for the repair of damages to the William Street parking garage caused by a motorist in an amount not to exceed $137,173.35. 10. Motion to approve a guaranteed maximum price contract with D-R Rosemont LLC. for exte- rior remodeling work to the entertainment district building housing Crust Pizza and Pete’s Ti- ki in the amount of $1,655,614.36. 11. Motion to approve a Donation Agreement between the Village of Rosemont and the Rose- mont Illinois Chamber Of Commerce. 12. Motion to adopt Ordinance 2021-9-13C, an Ordinance amending Chapter 2 of Title 4 of the Village of Rosemont’s Code of Ordinances to add new Section 4-2-7.5 incorporating state statutory provisions allowing curbside and employee delivery of drinks and single servings of wine by retail licenses. 13. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2021-9-13, a Resolution approving a First Amendment to the 2017 Promotion and Sponsorship Agreement with Vienna Beef. 14. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2021-9-13A, a Resolution approving a Second Amendment to the 2018 Advertising Agreement with Connie’s Pizza. 15. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2021-9-13B, a Resolution approving an Allstate Arena Ad- vertising Agreement with Café Brew, Inc. 16. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2021-9-13C, a Resolution waiving the Village’s residency requirement for full-time employees to allow Melissa McIntyre to serve as the Director of the Rosemont Illinois Chamber of Commerce. 17.
