Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2021-10-11, an Ordinance amending Section 3 of Village of Rosemont Ordinance No. 95-2-1 “An Ordinance providing grants to the owners of owner- occupied residential property located within the Village of Rosemont.” 3. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2021-10-11, a Resolution approving a license and signage agreement between the Village of Rosemont and Earthmed LLC. for the Allstate Arena. 4. Motion to approve an agreement between the Village of Rosemont and Pyrotecnico Fireworks, Inc. for 17 fireworks in 2022 at a cost of $300,500.00; a 4th of July 2023 holiday display for $23,050.00; a December 31, 2023 display for $13,200.00 and pricing for a to be determined number of additional 2023 displays for $18,750.00 per display. 5. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2021-10-11A, a Resolution authorizing: (1) a Local Public Agency Agreement for Federal Participation with the Illinois Department of Transportation for the Des Plaines River Trail from Devon Avenue to Bryn Mawr Avenue; and (2) a Local Public Agency Engineering Services Agreement. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2021-10-11B, a Resolution approving an amendment between the Village of Rosemont and FGM Architects, Inc. for architectural services related to the new Public Safety Facility. 3. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2021-10-11B, an Ordinance amending Section 6-1-11 of the Rosemont Village Code addressing auxiliary officers.
