Motion to approve and ratify the execution of a stipulation for the settlement of an assessment complaint filed by VRS Balmoral LLC with the Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board (Docket No. 16-32096). 3. Motion to approve the proposal from Currie Commercial Center for the purchase of a 2022 Ford F-250 SD Regular Cab (quote ID: 6.2F250) in the amount of $29,792.00 and the follow- ing proposals for additional equipment from: (1) Regional Truck Equipment for the furnishing and installation of a snow plow in the amount of $6,653.00; (2) Cronkhite Industries for a Dump Trailer in the amount of $14,810.00; and (3) Russo Power for a salt spreader in the amount of $7,780.93. 4. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2021-11-8, an Ordinance authorizing the sale or disposal of certain surplus personal property (220 Ford F45 Dump Truck). 5. Motion to approve a proposal from Orange Crush LLC, for the removal and replacement of the pedestrian bridge over Willow Creek located at the Rosemont Health and Fitness Center in the amount of $312,418.05. 6. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2021-11-8A, an Ordinance amending Chapter 2 of Title 4 of the Village of Rosemont’s Code of Ordinances to amend Sections 4-2-7.5 and 4-2.9 and add new sections incorporating state statutory provisions allowing delivery of alcoholic liquor. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2021-11-8B, an Ordinance authorizing the Village of Rose- mont to renew a $3,000,000 Line of Credit at the Parkway Bank & Trust Company (Loan Number 36953) on which the interest is intended to be tax-exempt. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2021-11-8D, an Ordinance authorizing a First Amendment to Parking Agreement for a portion of the TIF No. Redevelopment Plan and Project Area.
